Reflect on Your Progress So Far - Healthy Nurse, Healthy Nation - Embracing Allyship Challenge - Day 9
As we near the end of this challenge, it's time to pause and think about the strides you've made to embrace allyship. You identified any implicit biases you may have. You learned to speak up. You used your voice to amplify the voices of others.
Now let’s get more specific. What have you done over the past 9 days that’s making an impact? Where can you improve? Not only will this reflection motivate you to keep pushing forward, it’ll also reveal any areas where you can grow.
- Grab a piece of paper and a pen.
- Take 5 minutes to journal about your experiences during this challenge.
- Jot down any moments when you felt empowered as an ally.
- Identify areas where you can continue to improve.
- Set one actionable goal for yourself to maintain your commitment to allyship.
Love the idea of journaling to better understand your thoughts? Learn how to use it more often to unwind and destress.
