Rest is more than just hitting the pillow at night; it's about nurturing your entire being — body, mind, and soul. To protect yourself from stress and burnout, it’s important to recognize and embrace different forms of rest. Resting the right way will recharge your energy and defend your well-being from daily stressors.

Consider how you can embrace the beauty of holistic rest. Try any of these tactics to give your body, mind, and soul the break they crave:
  • Take deep breaths when you start to feel anxious or overwhelmed.
  • Use your workplace's restoration spaces to refuel your mental stamina.
