Staying hydrated is non-negotiable for your well-being. We’ve said it many times, and we’ll say it again — you can’t pour from an empty cup.

Your Action for Today:
Consider any (or all) of these simple yet effective hacks to sip enough water throughout your day:
  1. Set reminders: Use your smartphone or smartwatch to schedule hourly reminders to take a water break. Or you could use mobile apps to help remind you.
  2. Pair water with tasks: Associate drinking water with routine tasks like charting, administering medications, or answering emails. Each time you complete a task, take a drink.
  3. Drink tea: Not only is tea made of mostly water, but it also comes in a variety of delicious flavors.
  4. Drink and meditate: Fill up your water bottle, set aside a few minutes, and find a quiet place to meditate as you drink.
