Commitments
I am committed to eating more healthy foods, such as fruits, veggies, and whole grains. I must be a better example for my patients in order to further the needs of our nation.
This is my big downfall! My daytime intake is fine, but have developed bad food habits while watching the tube. I will eliminate eating sweets 5 days a week.
I commit to eating more well rounded meals, specifically implementing more fruits and vegetables into my diet.
