Commitments
I am going to stop making excuses for why I don't eat healthfully. If my options are junk or go hungry, I will go hungry until I can choose something healthful. I have had a minor health concern in the last year and friends with major health concerns, so it is time to make better choices.
I want to be more mindful of my diet intake. I also want to add more fruits and vegetables to my diet.
eat out less and eat more fruits and vegetables
I am committing to eating a healthier diet, trying to do more cooking and meal planning and relying less on highly processed foods.
I am focusing on increasing the nutritious foods in my diet, fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
My goal is to cut out all refined sugars, even though I travel for work...😐
I make a commitment to be mindful of my selection of foods, to be healthier, and more active. Beginning now!!
i will eat better and healthier. More fruits and veggies... more cooking at home.
I am taking portion control, and eating more fruits and vegetables on a regular basis. I will cut back bread and will add on more whole grain or whole wheat products.

Commitment to my diet and make exercise a priority on my schedule!
I am committed to eating 5 plus servings of fruits and veggies every day.
I have been a binge eater for 45 years and recently completed 4 weeks of residential treatment. Haven't binged in more than 2 months and have a whole new outlook after excellent, intensive therapy (and no med changes!)! I CAN DO THIS!
I commit to increasing my fruit & vegetable intake to 5 servings/day.
I commit to eating healthier, exercising regularly, and reducing social media time -replacing it with self reflection time! I AM WORTH IT!!
I will commit to not adding any additional sugar to cereals or foods, any additional salt to already cooked foods or any butter to things that do not require butter. Also will drink only water (1 gallon daily), no diet soda, no alcohol and no foods that are processed.
I commit to following the Daniel Plan plate. Minimize falling off Daniel plan plate during social events (meals, sugar and alcohol). Figure out how to incorporate plate at social events.
I pledge to eat more servings of raw foods each day, less processed foods
I commit to meal planning and eating heathier!
