Commitments
1. Develop a routine time for going to bed and getting up. 2. Use my CPAP every night, all night. 3. Allow myself to recognize fatigue and take a nap.
I am committing to a minimum of 6 hours of sleep and lights out by 10:30 p.m.
I make a commitment to get more rest. I make this commitment so that I can be well rested and provide effective patient care and provide more care to myself.
I commit to spending time each day in reflection and at least 6 hours of sleep nightly.

I will go to bed no later than midnight every night and get at least 8 hours of sleep nightly as much as possible.
I am committing to increasing my sleep to an average of 7 hours of sleep a night and increasing the time I spend exercising and enjoying leisure activities with family.
Goal is to increase the amount of rest I am getting each in between working night shifts.
