I commit to incorporating more balance to my life. Leaving work on time to allow for exercise and family time. I commit to role modeling this behavior for my staff.

Yes, I'm usually at work all day, come home shower, eat and normally do not want or can not do much more. Physically and mentally exhausted. I have been focused on placing myself in a position where I can free up some time to focus on me, my physical, spiritual and mental health.
