I commit to trying my best to actively remind myself to take time for myself and my family while I am in my grad school program for the next three years. I am having my first baby during my first semester of school. I commit to balancing work with quality of life so that I can be the least stressed as possible.

Committed to being present, and mindful for at least ten minutes every day x30 days. Whether being outside, or even in my own home just taking time to breathe-strengthening my mental health. 

I promise to take some time off from school for myself and do something I enjoy like hanging out with my dog, reading, or spending time with my family.
