I will continue to maintain a balance between my professional and my personal life. I am actively reaching out to invite my coworkers to join me in hiking or skiing throughout the year.
I will spend more time doing things I love
I will make a conscious effort to seek professional help for my anxiety, stress load, and personal life stressors.
