Do More of What Works

Published
Today we are focusing on recognizing and amplifying what's already bringing positive results into your health journey.

When you know what's working well for your health and well-being, you're tapping into a winning formula. Prioritize your successful strategies to maximize your efforts and boost your confidence and motivation. It's like playing the strong cards in your hand to win the game.

Figure out what's working and build a plan to amplify its positive impact:
  1. Reflect on your progress: Review your health journey so far. What habits or actions have consistently led to positive outcomes, like improved energy levels, better sleep, or enhanced mood? Jot down what you’ve done that makes you feel your best.
  2. Identify key patterns: Look for patterns and connections between your habits and their impact on your well-being. Maybe you noticed regular exercise has increased your stamina, or healthy meals have improved your digestion.
  3. Zone in: Make a daily effort to prioritize these successful habits more intentionally. Choose time slots or triggers to ensure they become part of your routine.
  4. Monitor progress: Keep track of how your extra efforts impact your well-being. Use a journal, app, or calendar to record your progress and any positive changes you notice.
  5. Celebrate milestones: Celebrate your milestones by doing more of what works. Recognizing your progress reinforces the importance of these habits and keeps you motivated.

By channeling your energy into what's proven to be effective, you're setting yourself up for greater success and fulfillment. You've already got a winning formula — now it's time to embrace it and soar to new heights.
