Day 9

Doing the breathing exercise was great inhale for 4 and then exhale 4321

I did for 5 minutes.  I’m going to do this every chance I get When I fill stress. 

I have some soy-based candles that when melted can be used as lotion.  They smell wonderful and are very hydrating. 

I agree. Exercise helps me to unwind and reduce my stress level.

I love a warm bath with a bath bomb, a cold drink, a crossword. Or taking a few minutes to sit back with a face mask on!
