Commitments
I commit to eating healthier. I will reduce my carb, high fat, and sugar/sweets intake, increase my fruit/veggie and protein intake, and eat less fast food.
I plan to continue this journey into Wellness and Recovery both physically and spiritually and hope to see continued successful data. I would like to reach a BMI under 30 within the next year and believe my age will not hinder my reaching this goal in the form of plateau with weight loss or physical limitations due to chronic low back pain.
I would like to commit to eating healthier to improve my cholesterol levels
I am committed to finding a nutritionist who can help me with dietary choices
By maintaining 70% plant based diet with 30% high quality fat and protein diet and 5-6 day a week work outs, I will steadily lose weight, maintain low body inflammation and disease as well as become within normal range for BMI.
Focus more on fresh vegetables, and less on meat and carbs
I am committed to decreasing my carbohydrate and sweets intake.
I commit to eating 5 or more fruits and vegetable servings a day to improve my overall health
I commit to eating 4 servings fruits and vegetables daily and drinking more water.

1. More water. 2. No desserts. 3. Fast for supper or light supper. 4. Less bread/pasta.

I would like to refrain from eating out and come up with a meal prep plan or something similar to make it more feasible with my schedule
