I plan on starting with not eating fast food products as frequently and have more home cooked meals. Having more fruits and veggies in my diet will help me to watch my weight and feel full of energy.

My commitment is to stop eating out at fast food restaurants. I stop by Wendys or McDonalds currently 3 times a week for lunch. I am going to start preparing my lunches at home and skip the fast food.

I commit to eat food low in sugars, salt and bad fat! I will consume food in moderation and in desired proportions everyday. 

My cholesterol is slightly elevated. I want to get normal cholesterol values before June 2019 by eating fewer high cholesterol foods

On days I work, I rarely eat breakfast, drink very little water, and if I have lunch it is late in the shift and usually the end of the barrel items on the salad bar of our cafeteria.  I am committed to bringing good meal/snack options for me to stay hydrated and energized throughout my shift!
