Commitments
I will make sure to sleep at least 7-8 hours and take naps when needed.
I will commit to incorporating physical exercise in the form of Tabatas to my daily routine. I will do at least 5 sets of Tabatas daily. In addition to building better cardiovascular health, I would like to see if this type of exercise decreases my stress level.
I commit to going to bed earlier and trying to get at least 7 hours of sleep each night.

I name it that myself. While I am now on medication that assists with this problem I've learned there are things we can do to help the process.
