I commit to turning my phone of by 8pm to aid in me getting to bed earlier and resist temptation to blue screen read in bed.

I commit to taking time for myself daily- working crossword puzzles and working in the garden  as stress relievers. I will make effort to stick with my sleep habit of 7 hours nightly.

I comitt to getting at least 6.5 hours of sleep 3 out of 7 days for thenext week, increasing by number of days each week until I AM getting 6.5 or more hours of sleep daily.  I also committ to maintaining the same sleep schedule everyday rather than indulging on weekends/holidays.

I will do my best to at least get 6.5  hours of sleep each night.  I committ to maintaining the same sleep wake schedule for one month rather than "indulging" on days off.  I think this is a barrier to a healthy schedule (at least for me).
