As a nurse of 36 years I am aware that I have less years to make a difference now than in my early years. As quantity becomes less, I focus more on quality. Quality of life for others as well as myself. I plan to focus more on quality for me as I have not done enough of that in my years of caring for others. Lots of years left in me but if we don't care for ourselves first ...
