Relevance

I will commit to walking 30 minutes a day for three days a week starting April 15, 2018.

I commit to increasing exercise to a minimum of 30 minutes 3 times a week. 

I commit that I will be active 3 to 4 times a week for, at least, 30 minutes at a time.

I commute to exersice 4-5 days a week, 3 of those days being running for 30 mins.

I will exercise three times a week by joining a workout class for 45 minutes by myself.

I will do something physical everday, even if it is just painting a wall or cutting wood. I will begin the habit of activities that count as aerobic exercise by starting with 1 day a week and sustaining aerobics for 30 mins. I will add another day per week every 2 weeks until I have built up to 4 days a week. I will then evaluate the need to add more days or more ...

My goal is to exercise 20-30 minutes 3-4 times per week.

At least 3 times a week, increase the cardio for 45-60 minutes

I promise to exercise 4-5 days per week. 

I will walk at a pace of 4 mph 3 times a week.  I will do push ups (22 to 25) 4 times a week.

I resolve to get back into the gym and increase my physical activity for better health.

I commit to making an execise plan and sticking to it at least 2-3 times a week.

@katpash You've got this! It's hard at first finding a good spot scheduling -wise but give it some time. I truly disliked waking up and working out right away at first, but once I got into the rhythm of it, it really made my days a lot better.

Great work Jaymee! It definitely gets trickier to find the time for working out, working, and taking care and spending time with our families. I recently had to switch up my schedule and have been struggling to get my workout back in a spot that works for me. Good luck and great work!
