i intend to practice better self care to help my mind and body. yoga has provided that for me i need to make a regular practice a priority.

I have struggled with my weight for years, it is time that I stop putting it off and focus on me. This will be a big lifestyle change for me but it is much needed. My husband and I have baby fever really bad but I really want to feel healthy before we start trying.

To leave work before 6PM at least two evenings per week.

"puttering" restores my soul, I commit to 15 minutes everyday just to putter

I will comit to making excercise a priority and do 30 minutes of exercise 3-5 days a week. I also comit to making healthier food choices along with cutting back on the takeout and fast food. I comit to working towards becoming a healthier and happier person in regards to weight and self esteem.

I will work towards reducing my stress levels, improving stress management techniques, decluttering and maximizing my happiness and a healthy quality of life for myself and my family.

Nightly I will list 3 things I am grateful for in my life big or small

I will recommit to my 2017 life goals to better manage my work life balance and fully utilise all the opportunitires i have in my life to be happy. I will practice mindfulness daily and recommence my life clearing campaign to find my true grateful fun self.

I have put myself on the back burner for too long and I am commiting to making positive changes that benefit my physical and mental health.
