I will do 30 minutes of moderate exercise or resistance exercise 3 days a week, I don't like gyms but there are videos I have discovered that should help motivate me every week.  :)

I will exercise atleast three times weekly for 30 minutes.

I am committed to continuing to lose weight so I will suffer less knee pain.  My physician recommended I lose weight as a way to lessen the stress on my knee joints since I do not want to undergo knee surgery.  I have over almost a year lost already 25 lbs and I plan to lose more.  I can tell the difference in my knee pain already.  I plan to increase my exercise ...

I will walk one of the local greenways at least once per week. - countd for mental health too!

I am committing to walking (in a hilly area) 4 times per week and increasing to 5 times per week by October.

I have been walking at least 6 days a week, now it is time to re-integrate muscle strengthening at least twice per week.  

To workout at least 3 times a week for an hour. Be more active with my family/friends.

I commit to doing an outdoor hike greater than 2 miles at least three weekends a month. 

Plan to complete entire 10 week program

I commit to exercising at least 4-5 times per week.  To eat more healthy foods also, and try and get more sleep during the night.

I will run a minium of five times a week for at least 1.5 miles!

I started with 10 minutes last week and now, my goal is to walk at least 20 minutes 3x/week.  and for the others, I am going to do at least 10 minutes.

I commit to taking a 2 mile walk 3 days a week.

I commit to getting at least 10,000 steps per day and making exercise my priority (at least 4 days per week) to get back to the physical fitness I was a year ago.

I am committing to increase my weekly physical activity. I am also committing to lower my 5K walking time from my last 5K (July, 2017) for the next 5K I will walk in November.
