I need to make a commitment to MOVE! I have a history of being physically fit and with this comes a healthier and happier me. 

Commited to walking 2 - 5 miles every day.

In the next one week, I will exercise about 15 minutes a day for 4 times a week, and increase the exercise to 30 minutes by the end of the month of June. 

I commit to ensuring that I am able to exercise a minimum of 30 minute a day and work on increasing that amount slowly over time.

I choose to incorporate more movement into my everyday life starting today!

Work out because you love yourself, not because you hate your body. I tell this to myself whenever I am feeling lazy. If I can change my mind I can change anything.

I will do my abdominal exercises three days a week to support my bad back. :-) Thank you for encouraging our health!

I have used a fitbit for two years to track my  steps.  Started a Step challenge at work and my goal is to be among the  top three walkers of the team.

I am committing myself to exercising at least 5 times per week. Yoga, swimming, jogging, exercise class, whatever it may be and for however long. I am committing because I want to live a healthy active lifestyle. 

I commit to being physically active 3 times per week.

I will get out of the house on my days off and walk around

I commit to attend the Unconquered Life Program at least 3 days per week. I will complete the daily workouts and work with the trainer to achieve my fitness goals.

I commit to riding my stationary bike once a week.

I commit to using my elliptical as it was intended to be used rather than as an object to hang clothes on.

I commit to exercising at least 4 days per week, starting this week.

I will resume using the treadclimber 3-4 times weekly. 

I commit to a 30 minute walk at least five days a week.

I walk daily with the dog, but I need to schedule more hiking and biking now that the weather in Pacific NW is better for these activities. The has 4 sessions for muzzle training (she is a reactive dog to some dogs) so that I can take her on a hike and we both benefit. I'm reaching out to other friends to do some slow and steady 25 mile rides. The effort will be worth ...

I will continue to attend Cyclebar (indoor cycling) 8 times per month. I will do weightl training at least 8 times per month. I will make time to cycle outside at least 8 times per month. 

I pledge to play pickleball at least once a week in the month of June.

I need to increase my activity and so I will commit to increasing my walking each week.  I will start with 15 minutes and increase by 15 minutes a week.  Starting out slowly will not overwhelm me or my arthritis.  :)  MARILYN

Hello Everyone, I challenge my self to do strength exercise atleast one session per day. Good day !!

Ride my Peloton bike at least 3 times per week

Bike a minimum of 10 miles 3 times per week.  Challenge self to increase mileage each week, end goal 20-30 miles 3 times per week.

I commit to increasing my cardio workouts and strength training. This will improve my back pain and quality of life.

Keep on moving, need to exercise more, walk an extra mile so I can shed an extra pound, build strength, or use those muscles 

I commit to vigorous physical activity at least 3x/wk.

I commit to performing my Physical Therapy exercises 4-5 days per week and then walking 1-2 miles after. I commit to restarting Tae Kwon Do at 2 days per week.

@katpash You've got this! It's hard at first finding a good spot scheduling -wise but give it some time. I truly disliked waking up and working out right away at first, but once I got into the rhythm of it, it really made my days a lot better.

Great work Jaymee! It definitely gets trickier to find the time for working out, working, and taking care and spending time with our families. I recently had to switch up my schedule and have been struggling to get my workout back in a spot that works for me. Good luck and great work!
