I need to make some changes after some life changing events and health issues. I am going to take better care of myself and start getting more rest, relaxation and better nutrition. I commit to creating consistency with my self care routine as I move into the new year. This includes 3-4 days of 15-30 minutes aerobic type activity, 3-4 days of weight workouts, Yoga at least 4 days a week, daily meditation, and one activity a day that brings me joy.

Right now I am in graduate school as well as working full time so finding time for taking care of my home is sometimes hard. My family responsibilities are very stressful right now and I am always planning out how I am going to get through the week. I miss the joy of the moment by always stressing about the future.   I am going to try and focus on the now and enjoy the small things. 

I want to spend less time running around and more time with my dogs

I am completing a Mindfullness study with my local School of Nursing. Body Scan Meditation, along with prayer/yoga/stretching, I hope to improve my overall quality of life.  To de-stress more and improve my anxiety levels.
