I commit to increasing times I do an aerobic activity on a  weekly basis. Eloisa Sprouse

I commit to going to the gym 3X a week even if I am tired and have to go after work. 

I commit to going to the gym 3 times a week for weight training and will do moderate aerobic exercises for 30 minutes every day.

I am making the commitment to take at least one 15 minute break while at work and walk.  I am making the commitment to start walking at least one mile a day when I'm not working, and lifting weights at least 2 times a week for a minimum of 10 minutes.

I have always been a walker.  I even walk fast normally.  But I had a few foot surgeries on both feet and fell completely off track.  I need to get back on so I can be trim and have a healthy heart.

I plan to continue exercising 5 to six days a week for 45-60 minutes aerobically and to add weight training another 2 days a week.

I commit to at least three 30-45 minute aerobic exercise sessions each week. My goal is to be able to jog for 30 minutes without stopping by my birthday next August. I'd like to lose 10 lb, but my overall goal is cardiopulmonary health and endurance, rather than weight loss.
