In the next 30 days, I will limit the hours I spend on watching television to one hour per day, and also decrease social media time to one hour so I will spend more time with my family and myself. I will get at least 6 hours of sleep daily

I want to commit to actually getting a full night's sleep. I typically find myself going to bed early only to rise about 0100 and being up for the rest of the day. This is very exhausting.

Being a committed night owl and insomniac it is difficult to get enough quality sleep on a regular basis. I commit to make a better plan, establish a night time routine, turn off the electronics and do whatever it takes to get a minimum of 7 hours of quality sleep 5-6 nights/week. Long term goal is to reach 8 hours of sleep every night.

Like many Nurses, I work in a consistently stressfull environment. I would like to take time to find healthy ways to cope with stress and try to change the way i perceive stress in a negative aspect versus a positive one. I want to spend more time outdoors, do more yoga, and read more books.

My sleep is hindered at times, by awakening @ 2:15, & I find it difficult to fall back asleep.  It is my desire to sleep throughout the night for at least 6 1/2 hours-8 hours.

Getting older takes on different challenges.  Since having three children, I have been in a routine of getting up every two hours to go to the bathroom and check in on the kids while they were sleeping.  Now that I am over 50 I am still in this rut but it is now due to age.  I try not to drink liquids after 9 PM.  I already had bladder surgery to fix my prolapsed ...
