I commit to journaling at least 3x/week.

I commit to spending at least 4 hours per week on something that is important to my personal growth. For example: Meditation, reading, church activities, family game time.

I am in the process of smoking cessation, but need to get "over the hurdle" and quit completely.  That is my goal!

I make a commitment to enter the next phase of my life with enthusiasm for living life with a calm purpose.  Body movement, internal peace, and controlled energy is what I strive for going forward.     Nutrition consisting of less processed food, no sugar or white flour.

I want to eat and exercise well to lower my cholesterol and keep my blood pressure in a good range.
