I commit to running at least 30 minutes 3x/week.  I commit to purchasing a bike by mid-July and ride at least once a week for at least 45 minutes.  

I committ to attending 2 hours of HIINT per week and riding my bike 1 hour per week

1. Continue Taekwondo three days a week.  2. Add stretching sessions on non-Taekwondo days.  3. Lift weights 2-3 times per week. 4. Walk more.

I plan to attend physical activity 4 x weekly.  This includes Yoga and Water Aerobics. I will swim before and after the aerobics session. I will find a new adult bike.....stationary or other and ride that on the other days of the week. This is my commitment

I commit to increase my aerobic activity for 30 minutes, three times a week. When I used to go to the gym for exercise, I felt lighter, more energized, and my cholesterol level came down nicely. So, I want to feel good again.

I will increase my physical activity to a minimum of 3 days a week of 1 hour aerobic activity working towards the  days recommended by my physician

@katpash You've got this! It's hard at first finding a good spot scheduling -wise but give it some time. I truly disliked waking up and working out right away at first, but once I got into the rhythm of it, it really made my days a lot better.

Great work Jaymee! It definitely gets trickier to find the time for working out, working, and taking care and spending time with our families. I recently had to switch up my schedule and have been struggling to get my workout back in a spot that works for me. Good luck and great work!
