I'm committing to an Overall Better ME :)  Sleep~ 6-8 hours per night Eating~ healthy, balanced, continue NOOM Movement~  2 Body Groove videos per week to Start ;) Mediation~ start using Headspace Journal~ do a short entry daily, ie Gratitude list Things I plan to do since I fell off track this last month.
