I am enjoying the challenge. It’s funny to me that today I had small snacks (green apple with peanut butter, carrot sticks) before I knew what today’s challenge was. Appreciate the portion control reminder and great ideas to achieve it. Looking forward to day 4! 
Meal prep is not something I enjoy but I make myself do it especially in terms of making lunch for work. On the few occasions when I decided to purchase food at work, I was very disappointed. Very expensive and poor quality. Much better to take food I've prepared here.
